About Me

I’m a licensed mental health counselor who has over 18 years of extensive counseling experience with adults, adolescents, children and families with a wide range of mental health issues. I worked in a residential facility for 6 years assisting our most severe mental health cases from multiple in-state and out-of-state contracts. I have treated a culturally and developmentally diverse population. I am specialized in addressing different degrees of trauma issues and in utilizing a wide variety of treatment modalities with a holistic approach and overall wellness focus, including Hypnosis, RRT and Mental Health Nutrition Certified.
